Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using RevenueMD. They contain important information about your rights and obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the RevenueMD platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account updated.

You may not share your account or use the Service for any illegal purpose. RevenueMD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Features

RevenueMD offers four primary subscription tiers. Each tier includes a specific set of features and usage limits:

Free

Basic MRR tracking, 1 AI insight per week, 30‑day data history, summary only. No credit card required.

Starter

Full metrics dashboard, 1 AI insight/week with 2 causes, 90‑day data history, CSV export, email alerts.

Growth

Everything in Starter, plus full AI diagnosis, root cause analysis, actionable recommendations, weekly reports, 12‑month data history.

Pro

Everything in Growth, plus predictive insights, real‑time alerts, cohort analysis, unlimited insights, priority support.

Features and limits are subject to change with notice. Your current plan is always visible from the dashboard and settings pages.

4. Billing & Subscription Renewal

All monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected. By subscribing, you authorise RevenueMD (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fee at each renewal until you cancel.

You can view your next billing date and current plan status directly on the dashboard. RevenueMD will send an invoice receipt to your registered email after each successful payment.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Cancelling or Downgrading Your Plan

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Settings → Plan Management page. When you cancel, the following occurs:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to enjoy all features of your paid tier during this time.
  • At the end of the billing period, your plan automatically reverts to the Free tier, and you lose access to premium features.

You may also downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan at any time using the same settings page.

6. Stripe Data & API Key Handling

RevenueMD connects to your Stripe account to retrieve subscription, invoice, charge, and customer data. You grant us permission to access this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your Stripe API key is encrypted with AES‑256before being stored in our database. We never store your raw key in plain text, and we cannot retrieve it after it's been encrypted.

We do not share your Stripe data with any third party except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending aggregated analytics to our AI partner). You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time by removing your API key from Settings, which will stop data collection but will not delete already‑synced data.

7. AI Insights & Accuracy

The AI‑generated insights, diagnoses, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, RevenueMD does not guarantee that the insights will always be correct or complete. You should verify critical business decisions independently.

The number of insights you can generate per week depends on your plan (see Section 3). Attempting to exceed the limit will result in an error message.

8. Limitation of Liability

RevenueMD is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

RevenueMD may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the application. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
